These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at triquetra.cc and any content, features and services made available through it (the “Site”), operated by Triquetra (“Triquetra”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern use of our public website. Use of the Converge360™ platform under a commercial agreement is governed by that separate agreement, which prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. By using it, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are able to form a binding contract. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own internal, informational and business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Certain areas of the Site may require credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for all activity under them. The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layout, software and the names “Triquetra” and “Converge360” — are owned by or licensed to Triquetra and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not use our trademarks, branding or content without our prior written permission, except for fair use such as referring to us in a factual, non-misleading way.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party products, services or content. We provide these for convenience and do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Information on the Site — including any self-assessment, benchmark, case study or illustrative figure — is provided for general informational purposes only, may include representative or illustrative examples, and does not constitute professional, security, legal or other advice. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triquetra and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, or restrict or terminate your access, at any time and without notice, including where we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
