Who we are

Triquetra provides Converge360™, an AI security platform. For anything in this notice you can reach us at info@triquetra.cc, or at our offices in Singapore (60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051) and Malaysia (No 12, Jalan PJU 1A/43C, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor).

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through the site:

Contact & enquiry forms — your name, email, company and message.
Self-assessment — your name, company, email, industry, country and the answers you provide, used to generate your report and benchmark it.
Integration & portal requests — the details you submit in those forms.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) kept briefly for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide what you asked for.
To generate and send your self-assessment report.
To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
To contact you about your request. We don’t send marketing without your consent.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Today the site sets only what it needs to function:

We don’t currently run analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, it will only run after you opt in through our cookie preferences — which you can open any time via the link in the footer.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site — for example our email delivery provider — and only as far as needed. They’re bound to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and assessment records for as long as needed to deal with your request and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email info@triquetra.cc and we’ll respond within the timeframe your law requires.

Security

We protect the site with encryption in transit (HTTPS), rate limiting and bot protection on forms, multi-factor authentication for administrators, and encrypted storage of sensitive values.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
